Wedding Painters are a tradition as old as weddings themselves. Today, it is still a unique way to immortalize your union. While Photographs can capture the moments, a painting is a part of the memory itself as you watch it appear from white canvas during the reception. With over 10 years of figure painting experience, I will create artworks that reflect an important milestone in your life.
The Process
Starts with a Conversation
We will determine the details such as best size of canvas and if the painting will be of just the couple or if extra people will be added. I am able to work with your special needs and wishes.
What to Expect
I will take a photo reference of the specific time of the ceremony you decide on. Common moments are the first kiss or first dance. During the reception, I will start the painting for guest to view. People can learn about my process and return to see the progress throughout the event. Afterwards, I will take the painting back to my studio to complete and deliver or ship the painting directly to you.
Pricing
Prices start at $3000 and are affected by the materials, travel, and other specifics. There is a reservation fee of $1000 upon agreement. This is a part of the total and not an extra cost. While we can work to meet your needs, the standard payment system is the first $1000, then half of the remainder a month before the wedding and the final amount the week of the wedding.
